George Mason is poised to continue its run in the National Invitation Tournament Tuesday evening when the Patriots visit the Ducks of Oregon at 11:30 pm (8:30 pm PST). The contest will be broadcast live on ESPN2.

The Patriots (23-9) have won a school-record 23 games this season and have won back-to-back postseason contests for the first time. Oregon and George Mason have never faced each other on the hardwood. The last time the Patriots played a team from the Pacific-10 (Pac-10) Conference occurred on Dec. 22, 1994, when UCLA downed Mason 137-100 in Los Angeles.

George Mason is on a roll, having won seven of eight and 11 of its last 14 matches.
