George Mason and Hofstra are set to do battle for the seventh time in the short history of the series, when the Patriots travel to Hempstead for a 7 p.m. Colonial Athletic Association clash on Wednesday at Hofstra Arena.

The Patriots (16-7, 9-5 CAA) lead 4-2 in the all-time series and are 1-1 against the Pride (11-13, 7-7 CAA) at Hofstra Arena. George Mason has won two in a row in the series, including an 84-76 triumph at Patriot Center on Jan. 14, 2004.

Mason looks to extend its two-game win streak as the team sits near the top of the CAA standings.
