George Mason and James Madison will compete against each other for the 73rd time in the series tonight. The Patriots (11-4, 4-2 CAA) are shooting for their second straight win, while the Dukes (4-11, 1-6 CAA) are looking to prevent their second consecutive loss. Game time is set for 7 p.m. at the Patriot Center.

James Madison leads George Mason in the all-time series, 47-25.

Tonight's game is the 19th meeting at Patriot Center between these two teams where the Patriots are 8-10 against the Dukes. George Mason had won four straight contests at Patriot Center until dropping last season's home game, 57-52, giving the Dukes their first season sweep of the Patriots since 1998. Mason has won 8 of the last 11 in the series.

George Mason snapped a 6-game win streak over James Madison after losing to the Dukes, 76-70, in Harrisonburg Jan. 18, 2003.
