George Mason (8-5, 3-1 CAA) will face Virginia Commonwealth (7-5, 2-2 CAA) at home on Wednesday in a battle to stay atop the conference standings. Mason, which has been victorious in eight of its last 10 games and is 48-8 at the Patriot Center over the past five seasons, looks to continue its 10-game home win streak against conference foes tonight at 7 p.m. Leading the way for the Patriots will be senior forward Jon Larranaga, who is second on the team in points at 12.2 per game and is shooting 51.7 percent from 3-point range. Larranaga is also ranked third in the CAA in assists with 4.62 per outing.
