The George Mason men's and women's soccer programs will host a joint Alumni Weekend March 21-23, 2003, in Fairfax. Social events, golf and soccer games highlight the weekend.

On Friday, March 21, alumni are invited to gather at Brion's Grille in the University Mall Shopping Center for "Happy Hour" drinks and hors d'oeuvres at 5 p.m.

On Saturday, March 22, a round of golf at Fairfax National Golf Club is open to the first 32 people to reply. Tee-off time is 11 a.m. The cost is $60, which includes 18 holes of golf, a boxed lunch and range balls. Please respond by March 1 in order to receive the discounted rate.

On Sunday, March 23, a pair of alumni games will begin at 12 p.m. (noon). The contests will be held on Intramural Fields 3 and 4.

The Comfort Inn University Center (11180 Main Street in Fairfax) is hosting rooms for the weekend, with a room rate of $79. Please contact Vyani Cordero at (703) 591-5900, x.7199.
