Graduate student Kennedy Drish continued her standout year following a dominant indoor season, where she claimed the Atlantic 10 title in the women's pole vault and broke the program's indoor record. Competing in her first outdoor meet of the season, Drish won the women's pole vault Group A with a mark of 4.33m — surpassing her previous outdoor best of 4.05m. 

Her mark not only leads the Atlantic 10 this season but also set a new outdoor school record, breaking the previous mark of 4.32m set by Mandissa Marshall in 2014. Drish's performance ranks third in Division I early in the season and sits atop the NCAA East Qualifying List.
