Graduate student Ella Semple won two individual Atlantic 10 titles at the 2026 A-10 Track & Field Championships. She claimed gold in the Women's 5000m with a time of 16:12.74 - also setting a new meet record. Semple also clinched the gold in the Women's 3000m with a time of 9:29.85.
