Sophomore forward Martim Sereno scored a pair of goals in a 4-1 victory over No. 11 Virginia in the Patriots home opener on Thursday.  He recorded the first two-goal game of his career, putting the Patriots in front in the 18th minute and then netted George Mason's third goal in the 60th minute of play.  Sereno finished the match with five shots and three shots on goal in 57 minutes of action
