Sophomore guard Kennedy Harris averaged 19.0 points against two teams that made the NCAA tournament last year. Shooting 50% from the floor, 40% from three, and 100% from the free throw line, the Hampton, Va. native has stepped into her starting position with ease. Her game-high 20 points and 4 assists help the Patriots beat the Monmouth Hawks last Tuesday, and her 18 points last night helped fend off the Marshall Herd. Though only a sophomore, Harris leads the Patriots in points, free throws, and assists, and has helped the Patriots start the season 4-0.
