Rishab Sardana posted a perfect 4-0 record for the men’s tennis team in A-10 wins over Richmond and Fordham this weekend. That includes a 2-0 record in singles and 2-0 in doubles.
On Friday in Mason’s 4-2 win over Richmond, he claimed a win at No. 4 singles over John Walsh, 6-2, 6-2. On Sunday vs. Fordham, he picked up a marathon win at No. 4 over Toi Koboyashi, 4-6, 6-3, 6-2.
In doubles, Sardana paired with sophomore Niza Simunyola to earn wins at the No. 2 position against tandems from Richmond (6-2) and Fordham (6-3).
Sardana helped the Green & Gold earn their first ever win over Richmond on Friday.
