Noelle Saine, M.S., CSCS is a PhD student in Education and Human Development specializing in SportScience. She holds BS and MS degrees in Kinesiology from George Mason University, where she was a student-athlete as a member of the Track & Field and Cross Country teams.
Current research interests include athlete workload monitoring utilizing external, internal, wellness metrics, neuromuscular components, body composition, and physiological markers. As a researcher, her goal is to improve in athlete health and performance through assessments of laboratory- and field-based methods.
