Isabella Chapman enters her third year at George Mason and was promoted to Manager, Ticket Operations & Donor Services in July 2026 after arriving to Fairfax as the departments very first Graduate Professional Assistant, while getting her master's in Sport Management.

Before joining the Patriots, Isabella was the Assistant, Ticket Operations and Client Service for the Scranton Wilkes-Barre Railriders, the AAA affiliate of the New York Yankees. The prior season, 2023, she was an intern in the Railriders' sales department.

A 2024 graduate of Niagara University with her bachelor's in Sport Management and Recreation, Isabella took on significant roles within their Sport Management Association (SMA), demonstrating her sense of responsibility and capability. She served as Treasurer and later as President during her Senior year.
