Emma Lee joined the George Mason Athletic Department as the Assistant Director of Events and Game Operations in December 2022. She was promoted to Associate Director, Facilities, Events & Game Operations in November 2024.
Lee oversees the logistics and site preparedness for select home athletics and is the game manager for men's soccer, baseball, women's basketball and wrestling. She also assists with external rental groups and facility staffing.
Emma was a former student-athlete at George Mason on the women’s soccer team from 2017-2021, as well as a two time Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll recipient. During her undergrad she interned for the Special Olympics of Virginia and the semi-professional soccer team, Northern Virginia FC.
She graduated Mason in 2021 with a Bachelors in Sports Management and will graduate in the spring of 2023 with a Master’s in Sports Management.
