2022-23: 
  • Overall 5-6 record
  • Split the four matches at the ARMS Software Patriot Open
  • Won only MAC dual, earning a major decision against Edinboro's Zach Soda.
2021-22: 
  • Overall 10-12 record
  • Finished in sixth-place at Southeast Open (11/7) after going 4-2
  • At 141 pounds, Nonaka finished 2-5 in the MAC. Earned OrthoVirginia Student Achiever Award in February for his work In the community.
  • Volunteers his time as a mentor at Frost Middle School where he coordinates meetings for mentors and mentees working on programs to encourage, guide, and aid young students towards a brighter future. Serves on the Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC), an active member of Mason's Fellowship of Christian Student-Athletes, and works as an event staff manager.
2020-21: 
  • Wrestled in six matches in shortened season
  • Lost both matches at MAC Championship.
2019-20:
  • Wrestled in seven tournaments for the Patriots
  • Overall record was 6-14.
  • Finished 2-2 at the Wilkes Open (Dec. 22)
  • Earned two falls on the season.
  • At the Stroudsburg Open, he pinned Kitan Salako from RPI (1:37) and Sacred Heart's Will Bianchi at the Mat Open II (Feb. 23).

  • Wrestling and soccer letter winner at C.D. Hylton High School, where he wrestled under coach Leonard Jackson.
  • Was named MVP in the Cardinal District and MVP in the Occoquan Region his senior year.
