Biography

2015-2016: Starter at 157 in his redshirt senior season… Went 31-12 with 1 fall, 5 technical falls, 6 major decisions and 16 decisions on the year… Went 3-1 in the Virginia Duals and helped lead the team to a First Place Finish in the Bronze Round… Placed 5th at the Ken Kraft Midlands… Earned a 3rd place finish at the Navy Classic Finished 3rd in the EWL Conference tournament… Qualified for the NCAA Championships in New York where he went 1-2… Named Most Outstanding Wrestler at Mason’s end of the season banquet…

2014-15: Record of 28-12, the most wins on the team... 16-6 in duals and 8-2 against EWL opponents... Clinched his first NCAA Tournament berth with a true second finish at EWL Championships... Defeated EMU's Brandon Zeerip at NCAA's for a record of 1-2... Third place finish at the Navy Classic... Six major decisions, a team-high... EWL Wrestler of the Week 1/26... RPI ranking of 25th and Coaches’ Panel ranking of 28th... VaSID All-State second team.

2013-14: Finished with an overall record of 20-13, the second most victories on the team... 12-9 record in duals while going 3-3 vs. EWL opponents... Second place at the Cradle Gear Invitational... Started every dual for Mason during the season... Three major decisions, one technical fall and two pins during the season... Worked his way to a third place finish at 157lbs. at EWL championships after being pre-seeded third overall. 

2012-13: Named CAA Wrestler of the Week after upsetting the then ranked 30th  at 149 5-1 in the Old Dominion dual … Posted an overall record of 15-16 and a 4-7 CAA record and three falls and three major decisions during the season.

2011-12: Finished the season with a 3-5 overall victory and one pin as a redshirt in open competition.

Prep: Lettered four years in wrestling... Had an overall record of 172-32 in high school... Was a four time District champion and state finalist... Placed in the state all four years (4th, 4th, 2nd and 5th respectively)... Seven time National All-American... Also recruited by UVA, Maryland and Bucknell.

Personal: Son of Robert and Debbie Flournoy... Has one sister; Morgan... Economics major.
