2014 Outdoor: Competed in the 1500m finishing as high as tenth at the 2014 Colonial Relays...Spring 2014 Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2014 Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Patriots including the A-10 conference championship. She finished as high as fourth in 1000m at the Mason Last Chance Meet.
2013 Cross Country: Ran in three events... Season-best 5k time at Virginia Invitational (20:21.8)... ECAC Championship time of 20:35.
2013 Outdoor: Ran a PR of 4:38.62 while finishing in eighth place in the 1500m at the CAA Championships ... also competed in the 800m, running a PR of 2:23.78 at the Morgan State Legacy Meet on April 20.
2013 Indoor: Competed in the mile, running a season-best time of 5:15.07 at the Patriot Games Invitational on January 26.
2012 Cross Country: Ran in the Blue and Gold Invitational and CAA Championships for the Patriots ... Had a season-best time of 23:22.45 in the Blue and Gold Invitational (10/12).
2012 Outdoor: Did not compete.
2012 Indoor: Competed in the 1000m and mile ... Had the second-best time on the team in the mile ... Was also a member of the 4x800m relay that qualified for the ECAC Championships with a time of 9:18.56 at the Hokie Invitational (1/21) ... Recorded a season-best time of 3:04.81 in the 1000m at the Father Diamond Invitational (1/7) ... At the Patriot Games Invitational (1/28), posted a season-best time of 5:18.56 in the mile.
2011 Cross Country- Ran in six races for the Patriots...Finished first for Mason and 11th overall at the Cavalier Open with a time of 19:31.74...Ran her best time of 19:03.11 at The Mount St. Mary's 5k Duals.
2011 Outdoor: Competed in the 1500m and 3000m and also ran in the 4X800-meter relay ... Best time of the year in the 1500m came at the Colonial Relays with a 4:40.52 ... the Coastal Carolina Shamrock Invitational was where she psoted her top time in the 3000m, a 10:52.45 ... The 4X800-meter relay team had a season-best 9:44.61, also at Coastal Carolina.
2011 Indoor: Qualified for the ECAC Championships in the 1000 meters and mile ... had the team's top time in both events ... At the Armory Collegiate Invitational, ran a 4:58.86 in the mile ... At the Virginia Tech Invitational, posted a time of 2:55.20 in the 1000 meters ... Also competed in the 4X800-meter relay and helpd the team qualify for the ECAC with a time of 9:15.24 at the Armory Collegiate Invitational.
2010 Cross Country: Competed in six meets during the season ... Best finish was at the Mount St. Mary's 5k Duals where she came in 9th place posting a time of 19:46.17... Ran at the ECAC Championships where she finished the 5k course in a season-low time of 19:23.1 which was good for 70th place ... Competed at the Southeast Regional where she completed the 6k course in a time of 22:59.3 ... Here season-low time on a 6k course came at the Mason Invitational where she posted a 12th place finish and a time of 22:51.8.
Prep: Was named the Athlete of the Year in 2007 and 2010 ... Personal bests included a 2.17 time in the 800m, 4:38 in the 1500m and 10:23 in the 3000m.
