2011 Outdoor: Competed in the 1500m, 3000m and 4X800-meter relay... Ran a season-best 4:46.03 at the VCU Invite... Had a second-place finish in the event at the JMU Collegiate Invitational with a time of 4:46.13... Posted a 10:39.07 in the 3000m at the Coastal Carolina Shamrock Invitational... The 4X800 team posted its best time of the season at that meet, a 9:44.61.
2011 Indoor: Competed in two events on the year, the
1000m and the mile... Recorded top three times on the team in both events... In the
1000m, ran a 3:13.47 at the Father Diamond Invitational... In the mile, at the
Last Chance Meet, ran a 5:05.88, finishing second place... Also ran the
4X800-meter relay.
2010 Cross Country: Competed in six meets during the season... Finished a season-high 15th place at the Delaware Invitational running the 5k course in a time of 19:57.04... Ran a season-low time of 19:28.00 on the 5k course at the ECAC Championships... Posted a time of 23:27.20 at the Mason Invitational which was a season-low time on a 6k course... Finished 19th overall at that race.
2010 Outdoor: Competed in the 1,500 and 3,000-meter runs during the season ... Finished 14th in the 1,500 with a season-best time of 4:46.46 ... Ran the 3,000 in 11:00.64 at the Mason Quadrangular, her best time of the season.
2010 Indoor: Qualified for the ECAC Championships as a member of the Patriots' 4x800-meter relay team... Finished in eighth place as a member of the 4x800-meter relay team at the ECAC Championships with a time of 9:17.37... Top time in the 1000-meter run was 3:05.02... Fastest time in the mile was 5:14.48.
2009 Cross Country: Ran her fastest time of the season on the 5k course at the Blue and Gold Invitational, crossing the finish line in 19:41.93... Ran a time of 22:57.72 on the 6k course at the CAA Championships... Crossed the finish line in 23:22.76 on the 6k course at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships... Also competed at the JMU Invitational, Lou Onesty Invitational and Mason Invitational during the season.
2009 Outdoor: Recorded a season-fastest time of 4:53.37 in the 1,500-meters at the Onesty/Abramson Invitational (Apr. 11)... Ran the 3,000-meters in 11:26.08, her best time of the year, at the UVA Spring Swashbuckle (Mar. 21).
2009 Indoor: Ran the Patriots' second-fastest time in the mile (5:26.09) and third-fastest time in the 1000-meter run (3:06.61) during the season... Finished with a time of 11:39.52 in the 3000-meter run at the Father Diamond Invitational... Member of the team's top 4x800-meter relay team, which finished with a time of 9:42.75 to finish in second place at the Patriot Games... Was a member of the Patriots' 4x400-meter relay team that finished third with a time of 4:24.24 at the Mason Last Chance meet.
2008 Cross Country: Ran the best time of any Patriot this season at the Blue Hen Classic, finishing in 20:04.24... Best finish was 12th at the James Madison Invitational... Was the first Patriot across the finish line in four of the six meets Mason competed in... Finished 22nd at the Lou Onesty Invitational... One of two Patriots to compete in the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships.
2008 Outdoor: Ran the top times of the outdoor season in the 800-meter and 1,500-meter run ... Finished the 800-meter in 2:29.58 and the 1,500-meter in 4:55.25 at the Onesty/Abramson Invitational to set the marks.
2008 Indoor: Ran the team's top times of the season in the 1000-meter run (3:10.77) and the mile (5:16.10)... Recorded the team's second-fastest time of the season in the 800-meter run, clocking in at 2:24.88 at the Virginia Tech Invitational.
2007 Cross Country: Ran three of the team's top five times during the season... Was the team's top finisher at four meets during the season... Ran the team's fastest time of the year at the Delaware Invitational, where she finished 18th with a time of 19:48.00 in the 5k race... Was the team's top finisher at the CAA Championships, crossing the finish line in 23:43.70 to finish in 47th place.
Prep: Ran cross country for four years and track for three years at Cumberland Valley High School... Also played soccer for a year... Personal bests included 19:43 in cross country, 5:10 in the mile and 2:16 in the 800-meter run... Earned the Outstanding Student Award.
