2017 Outdoor: Competed in 11 meets…Finished 15th in the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships and earned USATF CCCA Second Team All-American Honors (June 7-10)...First and gold medal in discus throw at the Atlantic 10 Championships (May 6-7)…Placed first in discus throw at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (May 12)…Set a personal-best mark of 55.16m in discus throw at the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round (May 25-27)…Recorded eight individual first place marks during the season.
2017 Indoor: Competed in three meets…Set a personal-best mark of 13.67m in shot put at the Atlantic 10 Championships (Feb. 18-19)…Finished 13th in weight throw at the Atlantic 10 Championships…Ninth in shot put at Boston University Scarlett & White (Feb. 3-4).
2016 Outdoor: Redshirted the season.
2016 Indoor: Competed in six meets… Placed first in the weight throw and set a personal best with a throw of 15.20m at Father Diamond (Jan 9)…. Placed third in the shot put with a throw of 12.29m at the Patriot Games (Jan 30)… Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Championship (Feb 20-21)… Placed fifth in the shot put with a throw of 13.12m at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
2015 Outdoor: A-10 Co-Performer of the Week (4/17)…Competed in six meets for the Patriots…Helped Mason to the Outdoor Atlantic 10 Title with a first place finish in the discus throw and an eighth place finish in the shot put with a personal record mark of 12.20m…Set a personal record in the discus throw with a mark of 51.87m at the 2015 Penn Relays…Finished first in the discus at the Mason Spring Invitational…
2014 Outdoor: Competed in shot put and discus, finishing first in the discus at the VCU Ram Invite and at the Spring Invite...Finished second in the discus throw at the A-10 championships, qualifying for the ECAC Outdoor championships where she finished 12th before qualifying for the NCAA East Prelims. Set a PR in the discus at the Florida Relays (50.04m) and in the shot put at the VCU Ram Invite (12.16m)...Spring 2014 Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2014 Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Patriots including the A-10 conference championship with a 10th palce finish in the shot put, setting a career-high with a mark of 11.98m. Wallerstedt finished as high as third in shot put at the Patriot Games.
2013 Outdoor: Finished in fifth place in the discus with a toss of 42.91m at the CAA Championships ... went on to place 12th in the discus at the ECAC Championships with a distance of 45.35m ... recorded a PR of 45.53m in the discus at the Mason Spring Invitational.
2013 Indoor: Competed in the shot put during first season with the Patriots ... tossed a PR of 11.66m at the VT Challenge on February 16.
High School: Attended Omaha Burke ... lettered four times in track, three in basketball and once in cross country ... threw her personal-bests as a senior, including 156-10 in the discus and 39-1 in the shot put ... in track, was a three-time district champion (2010, 11, 12), two-time all class gold (2010, 12) and Kansas relays champion in 2011 ... also collected all-metro academic accolades in 2011 and 2012 ... member of the National Honor Society, Spanish National Honor Society and senior senate.
Personal: Daughter of Chuck and Tracy ... has one sibling ... mom participated in track at Wayne State, while dad also participated in track, cross country and basketball at Nebraska Wesleyan and the University of Nebraska-Omaha ... sister, Michaela, competed in throws at Stanford.
