2022 Indoor: Competed in two meets… Earned a PR in LJ placing 6th overall with 5.09m at the Patriot Games (Feb 28-29)... Placed 6th in VMI Classic with a PR in TJ of 11.42m (Feb 11-12).

AT SOUTH ALABAMA
2020 Outdoor: Claimed second in the long jump with a distance of 5.37m at the Jaguar Opener.

2020 Indoor:  Helped the 4 x 400 relay team cross the line at 4:08.72 and recorded a personal-best in the long jump (5.37m) at the Sun Belt Championships … Was part of the 4 x 400 relay team that crossed the line at 4:12.81 and placed fourth in the triple jump (11.39m) at the Jaguar Invitational … Posted a personal-best in the triple jump with a distance of 11.57m at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational … Finished fourth in the triple jump (11.36m) at the Samford January Invite.

2019 Outdoor: Had a personal-best, 11.73m triple jump at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships and a 5.47m long jump at the Southern Miss Open … Took the runner-up spot in the South Alabama Invitational triple jump (11.36m) and Southern Miss Invitational long jump (5.45m) … Picked up top-five finishes in the Southern Miss Open (11.55m), Samford’s Alabama Track Challenge (11.31m) Jaguar Opener (11.43m) triple jumps and the South Alabama Invitational long jump (5.41m). 

2019 Indoor: Recorded a career-best 11.43m triple jump at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships and a 5.18m long jump at Samford’s Bulldog Invite … Claimed top-10 triple jump finishes at the Jaguar Invitational (11.23m, eighth) and Bulldog Invite (10.94m, ninth).
 
2018 Outdoor: Did not compete as a redshirt freshman.
 
Prep: Lettered in track and field for four years at Colonial Forge High School in Stafford, Va. … Left program holding records in the long jump, triple jump, 4 x 200m and 4 x 400m relay.
