Performance History
2015 Outdoor: Competed in five meets for the Patriots…Finished fourth in the hammer throw at the 2015 Colonial Relays….Set a personal record in hammer throw with a mark of 46.26m at the Larry Ellis Invitational.
2015 Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Patriots finishing as high as sixth in the weight throw at the Patriots games…Set a personal record with a mark of 15.65m in a seventh place finish at the BU Scarlet and White Invitational.
2014 Outdoor: Competed in shotput and hammer finishing as high as third in the shot up and hammer at the Colonial Relays...Set PR in the hammer at the Spring Invite with a mark of 42.89m with a ninth place finish...
2014 Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Patriots including the A-10 Championships where she finished 10th in the weight throw. Finished as high as first in the WT at the Patriot Games. She set a personal record with a mark of 14.58m at the Patriot Games.
2013 Outdoor: Tied PR of 11.60m while finishing 10th in the shot put at the CAA Championships ... also finished in 15th in the hammer throw (38.91m) at the meet ... recorded a PR of 40.02 in the hammer throw at the Mason Spring Invitational on April 13.
2013 Indoor: Competed in the weight throw and shot put ... recorded PR's in both events ... in the weight throw, recorded a toss of 13.54m at the VT Challenge on February 16 ... top toss in the shot put, 11.90m, came at the Mason Last Chance meet (2/24).
2012 Outdoor: Competed in the hammer throw, shot put and discus during first season at Mason ... top throw in the hammer came at the Patriot Open Invitational (4/14) 35.99m ... recorded a distance of 11.33m in the shot put ... top discus throw was 27.60m at the Mason Spring Opener (3/17).
2012 Indoor: Competed in the shot put and weight throw ... best throw in the shot put wwas 10.15m at the Patriot Games Invitational (1/28) ... top weight throw mark was 10.88m at the Father Diamond Invitational (1/7).
High School: Competed in basketball and track at Williamsville North ... was a section 6 ECIC qualifier over three seasons in addition to being a section 6 ECIC state qualifier in 2010-11 and finishing as the section 6 state runner up in 2011 ... finished first in the shot put and discus at the USATF Niagra Junior Olympics ... served as a team captain and was recognized as team MVP ... member of National Honor Society.
Personal: Daughter of Fred and Denise Hale ... has three siblings ... father, Fred, played football at Niagra University ... cousin, Hilton Hale, played basketball at Northwestern and cousin, Chris Hale, played football at USC ... psychology major.
