2011 Indoor: Competed in three events on the season,
the mile, the 3000 meters and the 5000 meters ... in the mile, posted a top time
of 5:57.11 at the Father Diamond Invitational ... in the 3000 meters, ran an
11:36.56 at the Patriot Games ... at the Hokie Invitational, ran a time of
19:36.25.
2010 Cross Country: Ran at
three meets during the season ... finished with a time of 24:39 and came in 82nd
place on the 6k course at the CAA Cross Country Championship ... posted a
season-high 23rd place finish at the 5k Cavalier Open running the
course in a time of 20:53.66 ... ran at the ECAC Championships finishing the 5k
course in a time of 20:33.6.
2010 Outdoor: Did not compete.
2010 Indoor: Ran a time of 11:33.65 in the 3000-meter run at the Patriot Games.
2009 Cross Country: Ran her fastest time of the season on the 5k course at the ECAC Championships, crossing the finish line in 21:09.90 ... ran a time of 26:27.57 on the 6k course at the CAA Championships ... also competed at the JMU Invitational, Lou Onesty Invitational and Mason Invitational during the season.
2009 Outdoor: Competed in three events, recording season bests of 5:34.15 in the 1,500-meters (UVA Spring Swashbuckle, Mar. 21), 11:41.85 in the 3,000-meters (Onesty/Abramson Invitational, Apr. 11), and 20:11.02 in the 5,000-meters (Patriot Open Invitational, May 3).
2009 Indoor: Ran the team's second-fastest time in the 3000-meter run (11:18.79) ... finished with the top time on the team in the 5000-meter run (21:01.06) ... top time in the mile was 6:04.89.
2008 Cross Country: Best finish came at the Lou Onesty Invitational, where she finished in 24th place ... finished 33rd at the James Madison Invitational.
Prep: Earned two letters in cross country and three letters in track at Freedom High School ... earned the Coaches Award in cross country and track ... also recruited by Longwood and Bridgewater.
