Morgan Holmes is in her first year at George Mason University, serving as an assistant coach with the Sprints and Hurdles group, primarily focusing on sprints. Holmes recently earned her Master's degree in Sports Management from Virginia State University (VSU) and is currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Sports Leadership.

Before joining George Mason, Holmes was the Sprints Coach at Cosby High School in Midlothian, Virginia, from 2022 to 2024, while completing her Master's. At Cosby, she played an instrumental role in helping athletes achieve All-Region and All-State accolades, as well as breaking school records in sprints and relays.

Holmes also brings her own competitive experience, having specialized in the 400m during her time at Mary Baldwin University, where she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science.

Holmes is excited to embark on this new journey and is eager to help George Mason achieve success in the upcoming seasons.
