2019 Outdoor: Took home gold in the 10,000m (35:37.19) at the IC4A/ECAC Championships on May 12… Earned bronze medal in 10,000m at the A-10 Championships (May 5)… Earned a personal-record time of 35:13.33 in the 10,000m at the Colonial Relays on April 6.
 
2019 Indoor: Placed seventh in the 5000m and 10th in the 3000m at the A-10 Indoor Championships (Feb. 24)… Earned second-place finish with PR of 9:55.80 in the 3000m at the VMI Winter Relays… Placed third in the 5000m with a PR of 16:55.47 at the Patriot Games (Jan. 26).

2018 Cross Country: Tabbed 15th in the 5k at the A-10 Cross Country Championships (Oct. 27) to earn All-Conference honors... Finished 26th in the 6k at the NCAA Southeast Championships (Nov. 9)... Placed second with a time of 21:58.1 in the 6k at the George Mason Invitational (Sept 29).

Personal: Daughter of Brendan and Kay O'Flaherty... One sibling, Oran.
