2023 Outdoor: Competed in six meets...Won the 3000m steeplechase at the A10 Championship (10:08.77) and earned fourth in the 1500m with a personal-best time of 4:27.69...Won the 3k at the IC4A/ECAC Championships with a time of 9:23.30...Won the 1500m at the Meet of Champions (4:29.71) and the 3000m steeplechase at the Dalton Ebanks Invitational (10:02.44)

2023 Indoor: Competed in five meets...Took home silver in the 5k (16:46.38) and bronze in the 3k (9:37.28) at the A10 Championship...Broke the 5k school record by 17 seconds at the Boston University Sharon Colyear Danville Season Opener (46th, 16:11.03)...Recorded personal-best time in the 1k at the Father Diamond (3rd, 3:01.88) and the mile (3rd, 4:50.85) at the Villanova Invitational. 

2022 Outdoor: Did not compete in 2022 outdoor season.

2022 Indoor: Did not compete in the 2022 indoor season.

2021 Outdoor: Second Team All-American… Ran an eight-second personal-best time of 9:45.22 in the steeplechase to finish 13th overall at the 2021 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships (June 10)… Became Mason’s first-ever national qualifier in the steeplechase… Automatically qualified for NCAA Championships after taking third in the first heat (9:54.68) at the NCAA East Preliminaries in Jacksonville (May 29)… 2021 Atlantic 10 champion in the steeplechase… Set the A-10 Championship record in the steeplechase with a time of 9:53.07 to qualify for her second NCAA East Preliminary Championships… Added a bronze medal in the 5000m at the A-10 Championships… Broke three school records – steeplechase, 3000m and 5000m – in 2021… IC4A/ECAC champion in the 3000m with a program record time of 9:23.78… Set the program record in the 5000m with a time of 16:12.59 at the Raleigh Relays (March 25)… Four first-place finishes.
 
2021 Indoor: Named to VaSID First Team All-State… Ran an indoor personal-best time of 9:38.21 in the 3000m at the VMI Team Challenge on Jan. 23… Time ranks sixth in indoor program history. 

2020-21 Cross Country: Earned Atlantic 10 All-Conference honors… Ran the second-fastest 5k in Atlantic 10 championship history (16:54.5) to finish runner up… Qualified for the NCAA Cross Country Championships after earning an at-large bid… Placed 83rd at the NCAA Championships (March 15) with a personal-best time of 21:23.8 in the 6k… Took first in the 5k at the Richmond Winter Invite (Feb. 5)… Finished second in the 5k (16:58.1) at the Spider Patriot Classic (Feb. 20)… Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team as an individual… Collected A-10 All-Academic Team honors… Named CoSIDA First Team All-District.

2020 Indoor: Named VaSID First Team All-State... Competed in four meets… Earned a pair of bronze medals in the 3000m (9:47.57) and 5000m (16:46.06) at the Atlantic 10 Championships… Placed first in the 5000m at the VMI Indoor Classic… Notched first in the 3000m at the Patriot Games.

2019 Cross Country: Placed second in the two-mile run at the Spider Alumni Open (Aug. 31)... Tabbed fourth in the 5k at the Mason Invitational (Sept. 13)... Finished in 107th-place at the A-10 Championships (Nov. 2).

2019 Outdoor: Notched seventh in the steeplechase and 13th in the 1500m at the A-10 Outdoor Championships (May 5)… Recorded a fourth-place finish with time of 10:24.43 in the steeplechase at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (May 12)… Competed in the 3000m steeplechase at the NCAA East Preliminary Championships (May 25)… First-place finish in the 1500m at the William & Mary Triangular (March 16).
 
2019 Indoor: Finished first in the 3000m at the Patriot Games (Jan. 26)… Personal-best time of 9:39.53 in the 3000m for fourth-place finish (Feb. 2)… Third-place finish in the mile at Winter Relays (Feb. 9)… Tabbed 11th in the 3000m at the A-10 Indoor Championships (Feb. 24).
