2015-16: Walston won seven of her 12 dual singles matches, 5-5 from the No. 6 position... 2-3 against A-10 opponents... Finished 12-9 overall at singles... 9-8 record at doubles, 3-6 in dual action.
2014-15: Won 5-of-8 singles matches during her sophomore season as a Patriot… played at the No.6 position in six of her singles matches… earned an 11-4 record in doubles, playing with teammate Olivia Lacy-Thompson in 13/15 matches. Fall 2014 Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.
ECU 2014: Walston is a transfer from East Carolina University... Posted a singles record of 5-3 her freshman season... Earned a perfect 4-0 record at the ECU Invitational... All-conference C-USA commissioner’s honor with a GPA of 4.0 and a member of the university’s honor college.
Prep: Graduated from Heritage Academy in 2013, and attended J.H. Rose High School from 2009-2011... Earned all-conference, all-regional and was an all-state team member... Ranked top 10 in North Carolina, top 40 in the Southeast region and top 200 nationally... Lettered her freshman and sophomore year of high school and voted Rookie of the Year at J.H. Rose... Earned several academic honors, including a HOBY scholar recipient, Tri-M Music Honor Society, English Award for Heritage Academy, and the AP Scholar Graduated number four in the class.
