2016-17: 33-20 combined record in singles/doubles (28-15 in dual)...Posted a 17-11 overall singles record, including a 13-9 dual mark at the No. 2 position...3-2 A-10 record in doubles…Partnered with Nicole Haigwood to make up a formidable dual doubles duo...The pair went 15-6, including a 3-2 mark in A-10 play...Yang won six straight singles matches and six straight doubles contests in April.

2015-16: Recorded a 13-14 singles and 14-8 doubles record... In dual singles matches, Yang finished 4-4 from No. 3 and 4-6 from No. 4 position... In doubles dual action, she finished with a 10-7 record, a perfect 5-0 from the No. 3 position paired with freshman Nicole Haigwood.

2014-15: Finished her sophomore campaign with an 11-6 record in singles matches…played 7 of 17 matches from the No. 1 position… won four straight singles matches all from the No. 4 position… competed in 18 doubles matches, earning an overall 13-5 record… played alongside teammate Marijke Boers in every doubles match during her sophomore season.

2013-14: Finished her freshman campaign with an 8-17 overall record in singles playing from primarily the No. 2 position…Went 10-10 overall in doubles matches including 2-2 in the A-10…Closed out the regular season strong with a four match winning streak in doubles playing with Olivia Lacy-Thompson from the No. 1 and No. 2 doubles positions.

Prep: Yang is a local product of Springfield, Va. She has been as high as 310 nationally. She was the MVP during the years of 2010-2012 in the Patriot District and was named captain in 2013. Yang also was a Virginia State semi-finalist in both singles and doubles in 2012.
