2023-24: Recorded one top-three performance with one individual second place finish… 2024 Atlantic 10 Championships (Feb. 21-24): Placed 21st in the 200-yard backstroke (2:03.43), 29th in the 200-yard IM with a season-best time (2:07.84) and 35th in the 100-yard backstroke with a season-best time (57.89) at 2024 A-10 Championships held at the Hampton Aquaplax in Hampton, Va… vs. UMBC (Jan. 27): Touched the wall second in the 200-yard backstroke (2:06.82) and was fourth in the 200-yard freestyle with a season-best time (1:59.95) against the Retrievers at the Aquatic and Fitness Center in Fairfax, Va… at Old Dominion (Jan. 20): Finished fourth in the 500-yard freestyle (5:22.36), sixth in the 100-yard IM (1:02.15) and seventh in the 50-yard breaststroke (33.30), all season-best times, in dual against the Monarchs in Norfolk, Va… at James Madison/vs. Fairfield (Jan. 13): Took fifth in the 200-yard backstroke (2:08.89) and was seventh in the 100-yard backstroke (1:01.42) against the Stags and Dukes in Harrisonburg, Va… Patriot Invitational (Nov. 16-18): Placed 13th in the 200-yard backstroke with a season-best time (2:03.39), 20th in the 100-yard backstroke (58.05) and 30th in the 200-yard IM (2:10.24) at the Patriot Invitational held at the Aquatic and Fitness Center… A-10 Classic (Oct. 27-28): Finished seventh in the 200-yard backstroke (2:09.96) and ninth in the 200-yard freestyle (2:01.36) and also competed in the 200-yard IM (2:12.23) vs. Duquesne and La Salle at the A-10 Classic held at the Aquatic and Fitness Center… Richmond Duals (Oct. 13-14): Posted a second place finish in the 200-yard backstroke (2:06.56) and was sixth in the 200-yard freestyle (2:00.73) vs. Duquesne and placed fourth in the 200-yard backstroke (2:07.84) and sixth in the 100-yard backstroke (1:00.73) vs. Richmond at the Richmond Duals held at the Hampton Aquaplex in Hampton, Va… vs. Towson (Oct. 7): Began the season fourth in the 200-yard backstroke (2:09.01) and fifth in the 100-yard backstroke (1:00.57) in dual against the Tigers at the Aquatic and Fitness Center.

PREP:  Competed for four years at Green Hope High School… Member of 2019 North Carolina 4A State Championship team… Helped the Falcons to four N.C. SWAC championships (2019-2023)… Graduated Summa Cum Laude… Also competed for TAC Titans swim club.
