2019: Garnered Atlantic 10 All-Academic Team honors… Played and started all 18 games, matching her career high… Finished the season with nine ground balls and seven caused turnovers… Tallied two ground balls and caused a season-high two turnovers at William & Mary on Feb. 16 (10-6 Tribe)… Had one ground ball and caused one turnover in Mason’s 16-9 win at Longwood on Feb. 23… Posted one ground ball and had one caused turnover in 17-10 win vs. Canisius on March 3… Equaled season high with two ground balls and also caused one turnover in the Patriots’ 20-6 victory over La Salle on March 24… Contributed one ground ball and one caused turnover in 14-13 win at Duquesne on April 7.

2018: Played and started in all 18 games...Third on the team in caused turnovers with 14...Recorded two ground balls and one caused turnover at Virginia Tech on February 28...Tallied three ground balls and three caused turnovers vs. William and Mary on March 10...Posted two ground balls and three caused turnovers vs. Davidson on April 6...Tallied two ground balls and a caused turnover at Richmond on April 15...Registered two caused turnovers and picked up a ground ball at St. Bonaventure on April 20...Notched two caused turnovers vs. VCU on April 28...Tallied two caused turnovers in the quarterfinals of the A-10 Tournament vs. Saint Joseph's on May 3.

2016: Played in 14 games, starting 10... Emerged as reliable presence on back line of defense... Collected 23 ground balls for third-most on team... Also had nine caused turnovers... Made first career start against Mount St. Mary's (March 30)... Started last nine games of season... Had career high four ground balls in consecutive games against then-No. 19 Massachusetts (April 8) and Davidson (April 10)... Collected multiple ground balls in five games... Also caused career-high two turnovers twice - against Mount St. Mary's (March 30) and UMass.

Prep: Rachel Woods earned seven varsity letters at Longmeadow High School in Massachusetts, four in lacrosse and three in track and field…Was team captain in her senior year, earning All Western Mass, All-League, Postseason Super 7 and All-State recognition…Earned All-Western and All-League recognition as a junior…Also played for the Western Mass Club team (2009), NED Lacrosse Club (2010-11) and the LaxPlus Lacrosse Club (2011-15).

Personal: Born February 3, 1997 to Michael and Mary Jo Woods…Second of four children, with an older brother, Michael and two younger siblings, Delaney and Shane….Earned the Business Technology Leadership Award at Longmeadow High School.
