Fall 2014 Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll

2015: Saw action in 16 games for the Patriots earning two starts including in the Patriots loss to UMass in the A-10 Tournament 5/1…Registered nine goals on the season including a career-hight three goals in the Patriots win at Furman (3/10)…

Prep: Earned four varsity letters in lacrosse at South High School. Over her career, Williams registered 101 goals and 26 assist, led her team in ground balls in 2013  and set a career high in a 2012 match with eight points, six goals and two assists. Also earned two varisity letters for cross country (2011 & 2012). Prior to joining the Patriots, the Lothian, Md. native was recognized for accomplishments in both cross country and lacrosse including: 2013 All county Lacrosse both coaches and Anne Arundel County;  2014 Team Captain ; 2012 recipient of the “Ted Gott Sportsmanship Award “ which is recognized to only 1 male and1 female  at Southern High School for athletic/academic excellence; Selected teen of the week Capital Gazette newspaper Oct.2013 ; High school team was 2A South Region semifinalist in 2011,2012,2014. 

Personal: Born Melanie Margaret Williamson July 1st, 1996 to Bart and Jennifer Williams. Melanie is the second of four with and has two brothers, Bart (older) and Jacob (yonunger) and one younger sister, Natalie.
