Morgan Kelly

Morgan Kelly enters her third season as a member of the George Mason lacrosse coaching staff in 2013. Kelly comes to Mason from James Madison where she completed her collegiate lacrosse career and earned a B.S. in Sport Management. A goalie on the Dukes squad, she started all 20 games as a senior and led the CAA and ranked first nationally in goals-against average (6.87) and fifth in save percentage. She earned All-CAA first team honors and was voted the Most Outstanding Player at the CAA Tournament.

James Madison won the CAA Championship and finished with a 17-3 record. The Dukes defeated Stanford in the first round, then eliminated by Syracuse 7-3 in quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament.

The Annapolis, Md. native, earned many accolades for her work in front of the net. She was named to the 2010 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) All-America third team, the IWLCA All-South Region Second Team, All-State (VaSID) First Team and was Womenslax.com national Player of the Week during the 2010 CAA Championship. She excelled in the classroom as well earning the CAA Commissioner's Academic Award three years.
