Also had two six-point games - against Liberty (five goals, one assist) and La Salle (four goals, two assists)... Scored multiple goals in 11 games... Netted at least four goals in six games... Also collected 14 ground balls.
2016: Played in 17 games, starting 16... Named to Atlantic 10 Conference All-Rookie Team... Led all freshmen and ranked third on team with 34 goals... Second on team with 47 points... Also had 13 assists, seven ground balls and seven caused turnovers... Scored a career-high and team season-high five goals twice - against Longwood (March 19) and Mount St. Mary's (March 30)... Had career-high eight points against Mount St. Mary's to tie for second-most in a single game in program history... Scored four goals and had an assist against No. 19 Massachusetts (April 8)... Scored a goal in every game... Had multiple goals in nine games... Had a career-high four assists against St. Bonaventure (April 22)... Also had two goals against the Bonnies for six-point game... She was twice named the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week.
Prep: Earned eight varsity letters at Mount Hebron High School, lettering in lacrosse all four years and earning two each in field hockey and soccer…While with the Vikings, Kelehan was named First Team All-County as an attack in 2015 after recording 37 goals and 16 assists while causing eight turnovers and snagging 20 ground balls…As a junior, she was named to the 2014 First Team All-County as a midfielder after recording 46 goals and 16 assists while causing 18 turnovers and snagging 40 ground balls and 22 draw controls…Was also named Most Valuable Teammate in 2015…Also earned recognition in field hockey as the Most Valuable Player…Played club lacrosse with the Lacrosse M&D Black team for six years.
Personal: Born January 31, 1997 to Mark and Denise Kelehan in Ellicott City, Md.... Full name Kathryn Kelehan but prefers Chachi... Has two older siblings, Kara and Mark…While as Mount Hebron, she was a member of the National Honors Society and was named a 2015 Academic All-American after earning a spot on the Honor Roll each year from 2011-2015…Plans to major in Kinesiology and enjoys fishing, four-wheeling, snowboarding, basketball, field hockey and soccer.
