2021 Outdoor: Bronze medalist in the 3000m steeplechase at the A-10 Outdoor Championships (May 1-2), running a PR of 10:28.88… Added eighth-place finish in the 1500m at the championship meet… Tabbed fifth in the steeplechase at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (May 16)… Placed first in the steeplechase at the Colonial Relays (April 3)… Ran season-best time of 4:26.94 in the 1500m at the Raleigh Relays (March 27). 
 
2021 Indoor: Did not compete. 

2020-21 Cross Country: Earned Atlantic 10 All-Conference honors… Placed 13th in the 5k with a personal-best time of 17:48.8 at the Atlantic 10 Championships (March 5)… Was fourth in the 5k at the Richmond Winter Invite (Feb. 5). 

2020 Indoor: Atlantic 10 Women's Most Outstanding Rookie Performer… Silver medalist in the mile (4:55.13) and bronze medalist in the 1000m (2:52.99) at the A-10 Indoor Championships… Three-time A-10 Rookie of the Week… Set personal record in the 1000m (2:49.77) at the VMI Indoor Classic, which ranked third in the conference… Set PR in the mile at the Scarlet & White Invitational with a time of 4:48.87, which ranked second in the league.

2019 Cross Country: Competed in five meets... Placed 13th in the 5k with a time of 19:06.4 at the Mason Invitational (Sept. 13)... Finished 90th in the 5k at the A-10 Championships (Nov. 2).

Personal: Daughter of Geir Tore and Berit Våge Henriksen...Born Sept. 16, 2000...Majoring in finance.
