Navy Spring Invitational II (Apr 22-23)... Earned 3rd at the IC4A/ECAC Championships in the 5000m with a PR of 16.51.25 (May 13-15).
2022 Indoor: Competed in four meets… Placed 5th in Wesley A Brown Invitational mile with a 5:05.80 (Jan 21-22)... Finished 39th in the BU David Hemery Valentine with a 9:41.64 3000m (Feb 11-12).
2021 Outdoor: Competed in four meets… Placed sixth in the 5000m at the A-10 Outdoor Championships (May 1-2)… Finished seventh in the 5000m at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (May 16)… Ran a season-best time of 17:25.60 in the 500m at the Colonial Relays (April 3).

2020-21 Cross Country: Competed in two meets… Placed 19th in the 5k at the Richmond Winter Invite (Feb. 5) with a personal-best time of 18:55.2… Finished 58th in the 5k at the Atlantic 10 Championships (March 5).
2020 Indoor: Competed in four meets… Placed fourth in the 3000m and eighth in the mile at the Father Diamond Invite… Notched 12th in the 5000m at the VMI Indoor Classic.
2019 Cross Country: Competed in three meets... Placed 45th in the 5k with a time of 20:07.7 at the Mason Invitational... Finished in 90th-place in the 6k at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 5).
