2022 Outdoor: Competed in five meets… Finished 21st at the Mason Spring Invitational with a
PR in the 800m of 2:19.06 (Apr 9)... Placed 6th in the 1500m with a PR of 4:43.32 at the Navy Spring Invitational II (Apr 22-23).
2022 Indoor: Competed in three meets… PR in the mile with a 5:03.28 at BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb 11-12)... 1000m PR of 2:57.41 (Feb 16-27).
2021 Outdoor: Competed in four meets… Member of sixth-place 4x800 relay at the A-10 Outdoor Championships (May 1-2)… Notched eighth in the 1500m at the JMU Invite (April 17).
2021 Indoor: Competed in one meet, placing third in the 1000m at the Mason Winter Track Fiesta (Feb. 28).
2020-21 Cross Country: Competed in two meets… Finished 39th in the 5k at the Richmond Winter Invite (Feb. 5)… Posted a personal-best time of 20:56.4 in the 5k at the Spider Patriot Classic (Feb. 20).
2020 Indoor: Competed in six meets… Placed seventh in the DMR at the Atlantic 10 Championships… Notched personal-best time of 5:11.88 in the mile at the Scarlet and White Invite… Finished fourth in the mile at the Father Diamond Invite.
2019 Cross Country: Finished 34th in the 5k at the Mason Invitational (Sept. 13)... Placed 35th in the two-mile run at the Spider Alumni Open on Aug. 31.
2019 Outdoor: Competed in six meets… Posted personal-best time of 2:19.24 in the 800m at the Mason Spring Invite (April 13)… Recorded career-best time of 4:45.38 in the 1500m at the Colonial Relays (April 6).
2019 Indoor: Competed in six meets… Member of first-place DMR at the VMI Winter Relays (Feb. 9)… Placed eighth in the 1000 meters at the Father Diamond Invite on Jan. 5.
2018 Cross Country: Placed 12th with a time of 24:17.9 in the 6K at the George Mason Invitational (Sept 29).
Prep: Four-year varsity letterwinner in cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track... Captain in cross country 2017, and Indoor and Outdoor Track 2018... Won Dulles District Conference 1600m in 2018... Earned all-State honors in 4A Sates for 1600m, 4x400m, 4x800m... Part of 4A state title winning 4x400m team (2018).... Named All-Loudoun Country First Team in 2018... 2017 Coaches Award recipient.
Personal: Daughter of Doug and Deb Saine... Has two brothers, Benjamin and Zaccary... Majoring in Kinesiology.
