2015 Outdoor: Competed in five meets for the Patriots…Helped Mason to an Outdoor Atlantic 10 Title as part of the 4x800m relay team to finish eighth…Finished first in the 3000 steeplechase at the 2015 Tribe Invitational…Set a personal record in the Steeplechase at the Mason Spring Invitational with a time of 11:26.89 in a third place finish.
2015 Indoor: Competed in the DMR and 4x8m relay at the Atlantic 10 Championship
2014 Cross Country: Competed in six events for the Patriots this season. Posted a season-best 5k time of 20:04.5 at the A-10 Championships. Ran a season-best 6k time of 23:57.4 at the Southeast Regional Championships. Placed 17th overall at the Mason Invitational in the 6k.
2014 Outdoor: Set PRs in the 1500M at the MSU Legacy Track & Field Meet (4:59.24) and in the 3000m at the 2014 Colonial Relays (10:43.95)... Spring 2014 Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2014 Indoor: Competed in four meets for the Patriots including the A-10 tournament where she helped the Patriots finish fifth in the 4x800m relay and seventh iin the distance medley relay. She set personal records in the 800m (2:21.04) and mile (5:15.72).
2013 Cross Country: Ran in seven events for the Patriots... Season-best 5k time of 19:01.5 at Atlantic 10 Championships... Eights overall at Mason Invitational 6k (25:07.67)... 33rd at ECAC Championships in a time of 19:27.5.
2013 Outdoor: Competed in the 1500m, 3000m and 3000m steeplechase ... ran a PR of 11:45.02 while finishing in 14th in the 3000m steeplechase at the CAA Championships ... time is currently fourth-best in program history ... recorded a PR in the 1500m, 5:04.49, at the Morgan State Legacy Meet (4/20) ... finished with a personal best 10:58.12 in the 3000m at the W&M Colonial Relays (4/6).
2012 Cross Country: Made an appearance in five races for Mason ... Had a season-best time of 24:37.29 in the Blue and Gold Invitational (10/12).
2012 Outdoor: Competed in the 1500m and 3000m steeplechase ... Had the top time on the team in the steeplechase ... Recorded a best time of 5:13.59 at the Mason Spring Opener (3/17) ... Best time in the steeplechase was 11:48.98 at the Patriot Open Invitational (4/14).
2012 Indoor: Competed in the 800m, 1000m and mile ... Was also a member of the 4x800m relay that qualified for the ECAC Championships with a time of 9:18.56 at the Hokie Invitational (1/21) ... Recorded a personal-best time of 2:25.75 in the 800m at the Patriot Last Chance Meet (2/26) ... Top 1000m time was 3:03.77 at the Hokie Invitational (1/21) ... Recorded a time of 5:20.63 in the mile at the Patriot Games Invitational (1/28).
2011 Cross Country- Ran in five races for the Patriots...Recorded her best time of 20:15 at the Blue Ridge Open.
Prep: Lettered all four years in cross country, three years in outdoor track and two years in indoor track.
