2023 Cross Country: Competed in six meets...Reached her best 4k time at the Spider Alumni Open with a time of 15:27.3...Also competed in the A10 Cross Country Championships placing in 85th with a time of 23:20.3

2023 Outdoor: Competed in four meets... Placed 16th in the 10k at the A-10 Championship with a personal-best time of 38:15.49...Grabbed 10th in the 5k at the Meet of Champions (19:05.37)

2023 Indoor: Competed in 4 meets...Notched 3rd in the 4x800m at the Father Diamond (10:24.86) and 5th in the 3k (11:05.33)...Posted 11th place performances at the Boston University Scarlet and White Invite in the 5k (18:34.29) and at the Villanova Invitational in the 3k (10:49.28)

2022 Cross Country: Competed in five meets...Posted career-best 5k time at the A-10 Championships (79th, 19:02.4)...Earned 41st in the Navy Invitational (6k, 23:52.9)

Prep: Attended Tabb High School where she earned four varsity letters in cross country, two in indoor track and four in outdoor track… Named All-Region (2018-2021), All-State (2020-2021) and MVP (2019-2021) for cross country… Posted a State Championship for the 3200m in 2021 and a 4x800m State Championship in 2022… Ran club for Growing Runner’s Track Club.
 
Personal: Daughter of Tressa and Kyle Aulenbach… Has one sister, Kasandra, who runs cross country and track at VCU… Hobbies include cooking and organizing… Plans to major in psychology… Also recruited by American, VCU, William and Mary and JMU.
