2020-21 Cross Country: Competed in three meets… Ran a personal-best time of 19:16.9 in the 5k at the Spider Patriot Classic (Feb. 20)… Finished 82nd in the 5k at the Atlantic 10 Championships (March 5)… Placed 30th in the 5k a the Richmond Winter Invite (Feb. 5).

2020 Indoor: Competed in two meets… Placed fifth in the 3000m (11:23.32) and 10th in the mile (5:44.82) at the Father Diamond Invite on Jan. 4.

2019 Cross Country: Competed in five meets... Finished 33rd in the two-mile run at the Spider Alumni Open (Aug. 31)... Placed 72nd in the 5k at the A-10 Cross Country Championships (Nov. 2).

Prep: Three-time track and field letterwinner... Two-time cross country letterwinner... All-Conference selection... 2019 All-State in the 1600m and 3200m in outdoor track... Seven-time All-Conference selection... Four-time All-Region member in track... Six-time state qualifier in track... Placed 10th in the open race at Nike Cross Regionals in 2017.

Personal: Daughter of Chandler and Karen Ames... Has one sister, Victoria... Born Nov. 14, 2000... Plans to major in Kinesiology... Enjoys cooking and baking, watching movies and traveling... Former competitive gymnast for 12 years at Apex Gymnastics in Leesburg, VA; began running career the summer before sophomore year of high school.
