2015 Outdoor: Competed in five meets for the Patriots…Helped Mason to the Outdoor Atlantic 10 Title as part of the 4x100m relay team to finish second and the 4x800m relay team to finish eighth…Finished third in the 1500m run at the Larry Ellis Invite…Set a personal record in the 1500m run with a time of 4:37.21 at the Raleigh Relays.
2015 Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Patriots…Finished second in the 1000m run at the Atlantic 10 Championship (2:55.35)…Took first place in the 800m run at the Virginia Tech Invitational in an indoor personal record time of 2:16.45…Set a personal record with a time of 2:53.13 in the 1000m run in a fourth place finish at the BU Scarlet and White Invitational…Was part of Mason’s DMR team that finished second at the Patriot Games. .
2014 Cross Country: Competed in six events for the Patriots this season. Finished third for the Patriots and 42nd overall at the ECAC Championships with a season-best 5k time of 19:04.5. Placed eighth overall with a 6k time of 24:27.8 at the Mason Invitational. Finished 66th overall at the A-10 Championships with a time 19:24.9.
2014 Outdoor: Competed in the 800m, 1500m and long distance relays...Finsihed sixth in the 800m at the A-10 Championships helping the Patriots to a first place finish...Set an outdoor PR in the 800m in the preliminary round at the A-10 championship...Spring 2014 Commissioner's Honor Roll...Provost Scholar.
2014 Indoor: Competed in four meets for the Patriots including the A-10 championship where she helped Mason to a fifth place finiah in the 4x800m relay. She finished as high as third in the 1000m run at the Last Chance Meet. Selheimer set a personal record in the 500m (1:22.68).
2013 Cross Country: Ran in the Spider Alumni Open two-mile race, completing the course in 11:48 for 39th overall.
2013 Outdoor: Competed in the 800m at the CAA Championships, finishing 14th with a time of 2:18.42 ... ran a season-best time of 2:16.26 at the Mason Spring Invitational (4/13) ... also competed in the 1500m, running a season-best time of 4:46.59 at the W&M Colonial Relays (4/6).
2013 Indoor: Competed in the 1000m at the ECAC Championships, not advancing past the prelims while finishing 17th with a time of 2:57.79 ... ran a season-best time of 2:54.44 in the event at the VT Challenge on February 16.
2012 Cross Country: Did not compete.
2012 Outdoor: Competed in the 400m, 800m and 1500m ... Had the second-best times on the team in both the 800m and 1500m ... Posted a season-best time of 59.32 in the 400m at the Mason Spring Opener (3/17) ... Recorded a top time of 2:11.35 in the 800m at the Patriot Open Invitational (4/14) ... At the Raleigh Relays (3/31), crossed the finish line in a season-best time of 4:40.75 ... Member of the 4x800m relay that posted a season-best time of 9:17.28 at the W&M Colonial Relays (4/7) ... Competed in the 800m at the US Track and Field Junior Outdoor Championships.
2012 Indoor: Competed in the 800m and 1000m ... Had the top team time in the 1000m and second-best time in the 800m ... Qualified for the ECAC Championships in the 1000m, where she ran a season-best time of 2:53.79 ... Member of the distance medley relay that finished 10th at the ECAC Championships with a season-best time of 11:57.60 ... Was also a member of the 4x800m relay that qualified for the ECAC Championships with a time of 9:18.56 at the Hokie Invitational (1/21) ... Posted a season-best time of 2:16.20 in the 800m at the Virginia Tech Challenge (2/18).
2011 Cross Country- Participated in five races for Mason...Finished second for Mason and 5th overall with her best time of 18:47.16 at The Mount St. Mary's 5k Duals.
Prep: Lettered for four years in both indoor and outdoor track and earned three letters in cross country... Was named indoor track MVP as a sophomore for her high school... Was a first team all league cross country runner in all three years she participated... State record holder for the distance medley relay (DMR)... Named first team all league in outdoor track all four years... Holds four outdoor track school records, three indoor school records and earned 14 state medals in her career... Named the Ambler Area Running Club Scholar Athlete.
Personal: Daughter of June and Robert Selheimer... Has two sisters; Erica and Kelley... Enjoys reading and scrapbooking... Majoring in Biology with a minor in Kinesiology.
