2025 Indoor: Competed in six meets…Placed 4^th in the 3000m at the VCU Invitational with 10:37.58…Recorded personal best in the mile with 5:14.89 placing 5^th at the Patriot Games…Another personal best in the 3000m placing 59^th with 10:22.49 at the Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational…At the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships competed in the 1000m placing 16^th with 2:59.75 and 5^th in the 4x800m with 9:13.08

2024 Cross Country: Competed in six meets…Started the season with the 4k at the Spider Alumni Open…Recorded personal best in the 5k at the Adidas XC Challenge with a time of 19:00.6…Recorded another personal best at the Atlantic 10 Cross Country Championship in the 6k with 22:41.8 placing 93rd…Competed in the NCAA DI Southeast Region Cross Country Championships placing 146^th

2024 Outdoor: Did not compete

2024 Indoor: Competed in five meets...Finished 19th in the Patriot Games in the 800m run with a time of  2:28.03...Placed 8th in the mile with a time of 5:28.95 at the Father Diamond Invitational... 11th place finish in the 4x800m relay at the A10 Championships...10th place finish in the DMR at the A10 Championships

2023 Cross Country: Competed in one meet, the Spider Alumni Open, finishing the 4k with a time of 15:09.3

Prep: Competed in the 3A Conference with Skyline High School coached by Misty Bordner…Four years in high school cross and country and track and field varsity letters, academic and athletic…Athletic Awards include, First Team for Cross Country, Outdoor/Indoor Track and Field all four years of high school, Female Performer of the Year all four years of high school, All-State Cross Country and Outdoor/Indoor Track and Field, all four years of high school Runner of the Year for Northern VA Daily, four years won all VHSL 3A District cross country meets, won 3 VHSL 3A Regional cross country meets, won the VHSL 3A State Cross Country Championship her junior year (2021-22), won the VHSL 3A State Indoor Track and Field 1600m her senior year (2022-23)…Statistics include the Cross country 5K- 18:10, Indoor Track & Field 1600m- 5:02, 1000m- 2:59, 800m- 2:22, Outdoor Track and Field, 3200m- 11:08, 1600m- 5:02, 800m- 2:21…Also had academic honors such as All-Academic Honors of three years, Member of the National Honor Society for four years, Academic Honor Roll (obtaining an average GPA of 4.0+ for four years) Ranked 3^rd out of 190 students
