2019 Cross Country: Placed 32nd in the 5k at the Mason Invitational (Sept. 13)... Ran a personal-best time of 22:28.4 in the 6k a the Paul Short Run (Oct. 5)... Finished 91st in the 5k at the A-10 Championships (Nov. 2). 

2018 Cross Country: Placed 41st with a time of 12:47.6 in the 2M at the 2018 Spider Alumni Open (Sept 1)... Placed 17th with a time of 24:48.5 in the 6K at the George Mason Invitational (Sept 29).

Prep: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track at Brentsville District High School for coaches Darrell Earman and Brian Taylor... Named all-conference and all-region in cross country and track all four years... Three-time cross country and track captain... Named track MVP in 2015... Named to Principal's Honor Roll from 2013-17... Member of Rho Kappa National Social Studies Honor Society... Received CIE Honor Award in 2015.
