George Mason University Athletics

Antoya Miller is in her fourth season as Mason's director of women's basketball operations.

Miller joins the Patriots following a stint as the Teen Club Unit Director for the Boys and Girls Club of Northwest Alabama. She was responsible for recruiting teenagers for the program, planning and implementing curriculum and summer activity schedule and monitoring academics of teens. Prior to the Boys and Girls Club, she served as Parent and Youth Coordinator at the Shoals Family Success Center, working with program curriculum and classes for parent and youth groups.

Miller was a member of the North Alabama women's basketball staff as a graduate assistant from August 2005 to May 2006, where she helped develop and recruit players, assisted with game day preparation, supervised individual and group workouts and monitored academic eligibility.

A member of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc., Miller earned her bachelor's degree in social work from the University of North Alabama in May 2004, as well as her master's degree from UNA in criminal justice in December 2006.
