Biography

2021: Started in 15 games for the Patriots... Batted .238/.283/.262 with 10 hits, four RBI and three runs scored... Went 2-for-3 with an RBI, a double and a run scored against La Salle on May 8... Tallied a hit, an RBI and a walk vs. Saint Louis on April 9... Earned a season-high three hits and tallied her first collegiate hit and RBI in a win over Saint Josph's on March 6.

2020: Started four games behind the plate for the Patriots, recording two defensive assists for the Green & Gold.

PREP: A four-time letter winner in softball at Port of Los Angeles High School, Torstensen earned both Offensive and Defensive Player of the Year awards in high school, including a first team All-League selection... Throughout her fours years, Torstensen recorded a batting average of .648 and a fielding percentage of 98.9... Earned spots on the Principal's List, Dean's List and Honor Roll.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Duane and Katy Torstensen...Has four siblings, Amber, Candace, Faith and Gracie... Father, Duane, played collegiate baseball and football at Fresno State University...
