2013 Outdoor: Competed in the 800m, runing a season-best time of 1:51.95 at the Mason Spring Invitational on April 13 ... finished second in the event at the CAA Championships in a time of 1:52.82.
2013 Indoor: Competed in the 600m and 800m ... qualified for the IC4A Championships in the 800m with a time of 1:54.52 at the VT Challenge (2/16) ... also ran a season-best time of 1:22.42 in the 600m at the same meet ... helped the DMR run a season-best time of 9:48.13 while finishing in fourth place at the IC4A Championships.
2012: Did not compete in the indoor or outdoor seasons.
2011 Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the 800m ... qualified for the IC4A Championships in the 800m ... ran the team's best time in the event, a 1:49.14 ... ecorded that mark at the CAA Championships, finishing third.
2011 Indoor: Qualified for the IC4A Championships in the 800m and also competed in the 600m ... an best time of the season in the 800m at the IC4A meet with a time of 1:51.75 ... had a pair of top-three finishes in the 800, coming in first at the Patriot Games and second at the Last Chance Meet ... in the 600m, ran a time of 1:21.70 at the Hokie Invitational ... had the second-best time of the year on the team in both the 600 and 800 ... also ran the 4X800 relay and Distance Medley relay.
2010 Outdoor: Was an IC4A qualifier in the 800 after a first-place time of 1:50.44 at the CAA Championships ... also competed in the 1,500-meter run, finishing in 4:01.59 at the Mason Quadrangular ... ran in the IC4A-qualifying, third-place 4x800 relay as well as the distance medley relays.
2010 Indoor: Qualified for the IC4A Championships in both the 800-meter run (1:53.72) and the 1000-meter run (2:29.04) ... finished in eighth place in the 800-meter run at the IC4A Championships with a time of 1:55.48 ... member of the 4x800-meter relay team that qualified for the IC4A Championships with a time of 7:45.10 at the Father Diamond Invitational ... ran a time of 1:07.17 in the 500-meter dash.
2009 Outdoor: IC4A qualifier in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:51.34 at the Patriot Open Invitational (May 3) ... finished 16th at the IC4A Championships in that event (1:51.28) ... top times of the season included 51.04 in the 400-meters at the Onesty/Abramson Invitational (Apr. 11) and 4:06.20 in the 1,500-meters at the Colonial Relays (Apr. 3) ... was also a member of the Patriots' IC4A-qualifying 4x400-meter relay.
2009 Indoor: Recorded the second-fastest times on the team in both the 600-meter run (1:22.55) and the 800-meter run (1:55.60) ... top time in the 500-meter run was 1:07.54 for a third-place finish at the Mason Last Chance meet ... was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished in second place at the Mason Last Chance meet with a time of 3:30.96.
2008 Cross Country: Gained valuable experience participating in daily practice sessions but did not compete at a meet.
High School: Earned two varsity letters in cross country and four in track at Central Dauphin ... also competed in basketball and football ... earned All-State team honors... received best teammate award.
