Performance Histoy

2018 Cross Country: Placed 18th with a time of 16:03.3 in the 5K at the 2018 Spider Alumni Open (Sept 1)... Recorded season best by placing second with a time of 25:56.2 in the 8K at the George Mason Invitational (Sept 29).

2018 Outdoor: Competed in eight meets with five top five finishes…Earned silver in the 3000m steeplechase with a school record time of 9:02.77 at the Atlantic 10 Championships (May 5-6)… Obtained a personal best time of 15:01.27 in the 5000m at the Atlantic 10 Championships (May 5-6)…Finished ninth in the 3000m steeplechase at the IC4A/ECAC DI Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 12-13) and qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round (May 24-26)…Highest regular season finish of second place in the 3000m steeplechase at the Dan Stimson Memorial Quad (Mar. 24).

2018 Indoor: Competed in five meets…Had five top 10 individual finishes…Placed first in the 800m at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 17-18) with a time of 1:50.95…Earned gold in the 4x800 relay at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships (7:36.40)…Earned a personal best in the 800m at the Scarlet and White Invitational (Feb. 3) with a time of 1:48.91…Personal best time of 1:05.35 in the 400m at Father Diamond (Jan. 6)…Finished second in the 1000m with a personal best time of 2:24.57 at the Patriot Games (Jan. 27).

2017 Cross Country: Competed in six events....Placed seventh with a time of 26:31.0 in the JMU Cross Country Open Invitational (Sept. 9). Placed 13th with a time of 26:14.1 in the 7.9K  at the George Mason Cross Country Invitational (Sept. 30)... Competed in both the A-10 Championships (Oct. 28) and the NCAA Division I Southeast Region Cross Country Championships (Nov 10).

2016 Outdoor: Competed in five meets... Had best individual finish of career by taking second place in the Tribe Invitational (March 18-19) with a time of 9:52.13 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase... Finished sixth in 3,000-meter steeplechase with time of 9:53.18 at Mason Spring Invitational (April 9)... Capped off season with eight-place finish with personal-best time of 9:31.89 in 3,000-meter steeplechase at Atlantic 10 Conference Outdoor Championships (May 7-8).

2016 Indoor: Competed in five meets... Helped Patriots finish third in the 4x800-meter relay with a time of 8:07.76 at the Father Diamond Invitational (Jan. 9)... Posted season-best time of 2:39.36 to finish ninth in 1,000-meter run at Father Diamond... Set personal best with time of 4:20.27 in BU Scarlet and White Invitational (Feb. 6)... Placed sixth in mile with time of 4:20.78 at Mason Last Chance Meet (Feb. 28).

2015 Cross Country: Competed in two meets... Ran a time of 27:13.33 at the Wake Forest Invitational (Oct. 16)... Finished in 28:14.9 at IC4A/ECAC Championships. 

2015 Outdoor: Redshirted

2015 Indoor: Competed in four meets for the Patriots. Set a personal record in the 1000m (2:31.26) and the mile (4:19.73). Finished third in the 1000m run at the Patriot Games and helped Mason to a first place finish in the 4x8 relay at the Father Diamond Invitational. 

2014 Cross Country: Ran in one competition, unattached this season.  Placed 36th overall at the JMU Invitational with a time of 26:47.1.

Prep: Earned two letters with Cross Country and five letters with Track and Field at Dominion high school ... awarded MVP of XC two times ... two-time All-State XC and Track and Field ... 2013 Conference and Region Champion in XC.

Personal: Son of Evelyn and Todd ... has one sibling ... majoring in sport management and minoring in sport communication.
