2020 Indoor: Finished fifth in the 5000m with a time of 14:50.62 at the A-10 Championships (Feb. 29)… Career-best time in the mile (4:17.30) at the VMI Indoor Classic (Feb.14)… Finished 17th at the Scarlet and White Invite with a career-best time in the 3000m (8:26.90). 

2019 Cross Country: Career-best time of 24:55.8 in the 8k at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 5)… Ninth-place finish at the Spider Alumni Open (Aug. 31)… Placed 32nd at the Atlantic 10 Championships (Nov. 2).

2019 Outdoor: Career-best time of 14:39.53 in the 5000m at the Colonial Relays (April 6)… Earned silver in the 5000m with a time of 14:50.18 at the William & Mary Triangular (March 16)… Notched fifth in the 3000m steeplechase at the Dan Stimson Memorial Meet (March 23)… Claimed 20^th in the 5000m at the A-10 Outdoor Championships (May 5).

2019 Indoor: Tabbed first in the mile (4:26.44) at Father Diamond on Jan. 5… Placed seventh in 3000m at the Scarlet & White Invitational (Feb. 2)… Notched first in 5000m at the Great Dane Classic (Jan. 12) with a time of 15:10.97… Finished 14th in 5000m at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships (Feb. 23).

2018 Cross Country: Placed ninth with a time of 26:52.2 in the 8K at the George Mason Invitational (Sept.29)... Finished 28^th in the five-mile race at the Atlantic 10 Championships (Oct. 27)… Placed 109^th in the 10k at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships (Nov. 9).

Personal: Son of Anthony and Mary Amabile... One sibling, Nick... Enjoys going to the beach, swimming, reading, and cooking... Kinesiology major.
