2022 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets… Finished fourth in the 4x100 relay at the A-10 Outdoor Championships… Member of first place 4x100 relay at the Fred Hardy Invite (March 18)… Took sixth in the 100m at the JMU Invite (April 16).
 
2022 Indoor: Competed in two meets, including the A-10 Indoor Championships.

2021 Outdoor: Competed in three meets… Placed second in the 100m at the Colonial Relays (April 3)… Was 11th in the 100m and 12th in the 200m at the JMU Invite (April 17).
 
2021 Indoor: Competed in two meets… Took third in the 200m at the Patriot Games (Jan. 30).

2020 Indoor: Placed fourth in both the 60m (7.03) and 200m (22.98) at the Patriot Games… Finished sixth in the 60m dash at the Father Diamond Invite, posting a personal-best time of 6.97 in the preliminary heat… Competed in seven meets.

2019 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets.. Notched personal bests in the 100m (10.92) and 200m (22.27) at the Mason Spring Invitational... Member of the first-place 4x100 relay at the A-10 Outdoor Championships (May 5).

2019 Indoor: Competed in five meets... Placed in the top-5 twice... Finished seventh in the 60m dash at the Patriot Games.

Prep: Attended Reservoir High School in Fulton, Md... Ran for the Bullseye Striders under Coaches Brewington, Lang, Shoemaker, and Wade.

Personal: Son of Sundiate Sr. and Stephanie Kamau... Has two siblings: Chyna and Kylie... Majoring in Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
