2011 Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the 400m and as part of the 4X400-meter relay... Qualified for the IC4A Championships in both the 200m and 400m as well as the 4X400... Relay team finished second at the IC4A Championships while he finished third in the 400m with a personal-best 47.09... Scored points in both events at the CAA meet and ran a personal-best 21.54 in the 200m.
2011 Indoor:
Qualified for the IC4A Championships in
the 400m and 500m while also competing in the 600m… At the Father Diamond
Invitational, won the 500m with a time of 1:04.51… Posted the best time of the
season in the event at the IC4A Championships when he finished fourth with a
time of 1:02.60… IC4A qualifying time of 48.78 in the 400m came at the Hokie
Invitational… Best time of the year in the 600m was team-best 1:21.51, posted
at the Virginia Tech Invitational.
2010 Outdoor:
IC4A qualifier in the 400-meters, where he ran his fastest time of 47.40 at the CAA Championships, good for fourth place ... Went on to finish 25th at the IC4A Championships ... Was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished first at the CAA Championships that placed 10th at the NCAA Championships and captured the IC4A Championship.
2010 Indoor:
Earned All-America honors with a seventh-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay at the NCAA Championships, finishing the race in 3:08.50... Member of the 4x400-meter relay team that won the IC4A Championship with a time of 3:07.43 to provisionally qualify for the NCAA Championships... Won the IC4A Championship in the 500-meter dash with a time of 1:02.17.
2009 Outdoor:
IC4A qualifier in the 400-meter dash after finishing third (47.49) at the CAA Championships (Apr. 18)... Was also a member of the IC4A-qualifying 4x400-meter relay which won the CAA title and placed 11th at the IC4A Championships... Placed 16th in the IC4A 400-meter dash (48.05).
2009 Indoor:
Qualified for the IC4A Championships in both the 400- and 500-meter dash races... Ran the team's second-fastest time in the 400-meter dash (48.50) and third-fastest time in the 500-meter dash (1:04.89)... Ran on the team's fastest 4x400-meter relay team of the season, which qualified for the IC4A Championships with a time of 3:16.29 at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational... Also ran on the team's top distance medley relay team, which qualified for the IC4A Championships with a time of 9:58.87 to finish in first place at the VT Hokie Invitational... Finished in first place in the 500-meter dash at the Father Diamond Invitational (1:06.11)... Member of Mason's 4x400-meter relay team that finished in first place at the Father Diamond Invitational... Ran to a second-place finish at the Patriot Games in the 500-meter dash.
2008 Indoor:
Ran the team's fastest time of the season in the 300-meter dash, crossing the finish line in 34.98 seconds at the Virginia Tech Invitational... Also ran the team's top time in the 400-meter dash, clocking in at 48.72 seconds at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational to qualify for the IC4A Championships... Also qualified for the IC4A Championships in the 500-meter dash, running a time of 1:04.64 at the Father Diamond Invitational... Ran on the team's fastest 4x400-meter relay team of the season, combining with Marcus Wyche, Nate Harris and Michael Pachella to top the IC4A-qualifying standard with a time of 3:15.39 at the Virginia Tech Challenge.
