2018 Outdoor: Competed in five meets...Finished in the top three in every event except one...Tallied a first place finish in the 4x100 relay at the Miami Hurricane Invitational...Notched a second place finish in the 4x100 and came in third in the 100m at the Dan Stimson Memorial Quad...Registered a first place finish in the 4x200 relay and a third place finish in the 4x100 relay at the Raleigh Relays...Finished second in the 4x100 relay at the Gamecock Invitational...Tallied a second place finish in the 4x100 relay at the A-10 Championships.

2018 Indoor: Did not compete in the indoor season.

2017 Outdoor:  Competed in one meet… Placed first as a member of the 4x100-meter relay team at the Miami Hurricane Invitational with a time of 40.35.... Place fifth in the 100-meter dash at the Hurricane Invitational.

2017 Indoor: Competed in seven meets… Placed first in the 2017 Long Jump at the 2017 Father Diamond with a mark of 7.05m…  Finished the indoor season with seven top 5 times…  Placed fourth in the 200-meter dash and fifth in the long jump at Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb. 18-19).

2016 Outdoor: Competed in six meets... Finished on podium three times at Atlantic 10 Conference Outdoor Championships (May 7-8)... Won first A-10 championship as member of 4x100-meter relay team with a time of 40.54... Also took third at A-10 Outdoor Championships in long jump with a personal-best leap of 7.13 meters (23 feet, 4.75 inches) and third in 200-meter dash with time of 21.59... Also took third in 4x100-meter relay at IC4A/ECAC Championships (May 13-15) to cap off outdoor season... Also had top finishes at Stanford Invitational (April 1-2) in the 4x100 (first, 40.46), 4x400 (third, 3:12.83) and long jump (third, 22 feet, 9 inches)... At Raleigh Relays (March 25-26), helped 4x200-meter relay team to first-place finish (1:23.80) and 4x100 to second place (40.34)... Registered personal-bests in preliminaries of 100-meter dash (11.12) and in the finals of the 200-meter dash to take fifth (21.56) at Duke Invitational (April 22-23).

2016 Indoor: Competed in six meets... Finished third in long jump with a personal-best leap of 7.08 meters (23 feet, 2.75 inches) at Atlantic 10 Conference Indoor Championships to take bronze (Feb. 20-21)... Also took fourth at A-10 Indoors in 200-meter dash with time of 22.06... Made collegiate debut at Father Diamond Invitational (Jan. 9)... Helped 4x400-meter relay team to first-place finish at Patriot Games Invitational with time of 3:18.45 (Jan. 30)... Also took third in long jump at Patriot Games with a leap of 22 feet, 4.5 inches... Finished third in long jump at Crimson Elite (Feb. 5) with mark of 22 feet, 5.25 inches... Helped 4x400-meter relay team to third-place finish at BU Scarlet and White Invitational (Feb. 6) with a time of 3:20.51... Also took fifth in 200-meter dash at BU Scarlet and White with a time of 21.82.

Prep: Three-year letterwinner in outdoor track and two-year letterwinner in indoor track for coach Marquita Mines at J.R. Tucker High School in Richmond, Va.... Four-time all-state sprinter... Finished sixth in 100-meter dash at national meet... Set school record in 100-meter dash (10.77) and long jump (23-2.5) and contributed to school records in 4x100 and 4x400 relays and sprint medley relay... Two-time conference runner of the year.. All-Metro selection in 100 meters and long jump... Two-time team MVP... Graduated from J.R. Tucker with 4.0 GPA... Named to A-B Honor Roll... Member of National Honors Society and Science National Honors Society.

Personal: Born March 12, 1997 in Palermo, Italy... Son of Beatrice Dankwa and Ernest Mensah... Has one brother, Micaiah (14)... Major in bioengineering... Plays the bass guitar.
