Fall 2014 Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll

Performance List

2018 Cross Country: Placed 11th with a time of 15:48.6 in the 5K at the 2018 Spider Alumni Open (Sept 1)... With his best time of the season, he placed fourth with a time of 26:13.4 in the 8K at the George Mason Invitational (Sept 29). 

2018 Outdoor: Competed in six meets…Placed sixth in the 3000m steeplechase with a personal best time of 9:13.39 at the Atlantic 10 Championships (May 5-6)…Qualified for the IC4A/ECAC DI Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 12-13)…Four top 10 finishes in the 3000m steeplechase.

2018 Indoor: Competed in four meets…Finished sixth in the 3000m with a personal best time of 8:34.20 at the Scarlet and White Invitational (Feb. 3)…Placed ninth in the 5000m with a personal best time of 15:31.17 at the Patriot Games.

2017 Cross Country: Competed in four events... Placed 2nd with a time 25:56.0 in the 7.9K at the JMU Cross Country Open Invitational (Sept 9)... Competed in the A-10 Championships (Oct 28). 

2017 Outdoor: Competed in 5meets… Placed 15^th in the 800M with a personal best of 2:04.50 at the 2017 Tribe Invitational.  Placed 20^th in the 5000M with a personal best of 15:16.93 at the George Mason Spring Invitational. Placed 6^th in the 3000 steeple with a personal best of 9:23.18 at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Placed 3^rd in the 3000 steeple with a time of 9:31.38 at the Duke Invitational. 

2017 Indoor: Competed in 3 meets… Placed 7^th in the mile with a personal best of 4:29.45 at 2017 Last Chance Meet. Placed 8^th in the 3000M with a personal best of 9:03.92 at the 2017 Father Diamond. Placed 13^th in the 5000M with a seasonal best of 15:49.65 at the Patriot Games. 

2016 Outdoors: Competed in four meets... Opened season with best finish, taking fifth in 3,000-meter steeplechase with time of 10:13.04 at Tribe Invitational (March 18-19)... Post personal-best time of 9:52.50 at Colonial Relays (March 31-April 2).

2016 Indoors: Competed in two meets... Ran personal-best time of 4:39.68 in mile at Father Diamond Invitational (Jan. 9)... Also posted personal-best time of 9:04.83 while taking 12th in 3,000-meter run at Mason Last Chance meet (Feb. 28).

2015 Cross Country: Competed in five meets... Posted best finish of season by taking 11th at JMU Cross Country Open (Sept. 12) with time of 28:43... Ran personal-best time of 27.22.2 at Mason Invitational (Oct. 3)... Also competed in IC4A/ECAC Championships (Nov. 21).

2015 Indoors: Competed in the Father Diamond Invitational setting a personal record in the miles (4:42.85) and 3000m (9:33.50)

2014 Cross Country: Did not compete.

Prep: Ran Cross Country and Track and Field for five years at East Rockaway high school ... also played two years of JV Basketball ... member of honor society, honor roll and was an AP Scholar ... selected to XC All-Conference and All-Class County from 2010-13 ... also selected as All-County in 2013, 2014 and All-State in 2013 ... honored as All-Division in 2011-14 for Spring Track and Field.

Personal: Son of Neil and Teresa ... has one sibling ... majoring in government and international politics.
