2015 Outdoor: Competed in four meets for the Patriots, finished 11 in the 10,000m run at the Atlantic 10 Championships…Set a personal record in the 10,000m with a time of 31:02.39 at the 2015 Colonial Relays.
2015 Indoor: Competed in four meets for the Patriots finishing fifth in the 5000m at the Atlantic 10 Championships. Finished as high as third in the 3000m at the Father Diamond Invitational. Set a personal record in the 3000m (8:41.37) and the 5000m (14:51.81).
2014 Cross Country: Finished in the top five for Mason in six races this season. Ran a season-best 8k time of 25:26.9 to finish 23rd overall and fifth for Mason at the A-10 Championships. Placed 5th for Mason and 120th overall in the 10k race at the Southeast Regionals with a time of 32:36.7. Finished 34th overall and fourth for the Patriots with a time of 26:06.9 at the IC4A Championships.
2014 Outdoor: Competed in the 3000m and 5000m finishing as high as 11th in the 5000m at the Spring Invite
2014 Indoor: Ran in six races for the Patriots..setting PRs in the mile at the Patriot Games (4:28.87), 3000m at the Boston University Valentine invite (8:55.74) and the 5000m at the A 10 championships (15:11.36).
2013 Cross Country: Ran in five races during the season... Season-best 8k time at A-10 Championships in 25:29... Ninth overall at Mason Invitational with time of 28:20.82... IC4A 5-mile time of 27:24.1, finishing 75th overall.
2013 Outdoor: Competed in the 3000m and 5000m ... at the CAA Championships, finished 10th in the 5000m with a time of 15:37.23 ... ran a PR of 9:10.79 at the W&M Tribe Open on March 23 ... best time in the 5000m came at the Mason Spring Invitational, finishing in 15:20.59.
2013 Indoor: Competed in the mile and 3000m ... ran best times of the season in the opening meet, the Father Diamond Invitational (1/5), crossing the finish line in 4:35.33 in the mile and 9:10.96 in the 3000m.
2012 Cross Country: Competed in seven races for Mason ... Posted a season-best time of 25:54.0 in the CAA Championships (10/27).
2012: Did not compete in the indoor or outdoor seasons.
High School: Earned four letters in track and one each in football and swimming at Herndon ... recognized as the team MVP during the spring track season as a senior ... collected all-district and all-region track accolades as a senior ... earned all-district cross country honors during junior and senior campaigns ... was also all-region cross country as a senior ... named to the honor roll as a junior and senior.
